The acai berry diet is unbelievably well known, and is becoming more and more hot gives thanks to the news mass media. Also of popularity is resveratrol supplements.

The acai berry has been seen on many shows, including Oprah and the Rachel Ray show. While these shows did not tout the acai berry for the acai berry diet, many have made that association.

The acai berry diet can, purportedly do numerous things for the body. The acai berry diet claims to be able to help individuals lose weight. The acai berry diet also claims to be efficient to help clean the body of toxins; a detoxify process that helps people pass drug tests. There are some little claims of the acai berry diet, including its supposed help with sexual health and adult cause.

All of these claims are unfounded. They are not approved or backed by the FDA. While this does not mean that they are false, it does not mean that they are true. Take these claims with a grain of salt and try them for yourself.
