Though controversial, numerous experts use and promote the celebrated Underground Hypnosis program and its ilk as useful procedures. You probably have heard already that you can effectively convey messages to the subconscious using these methods, but you might not appreciate that you have the chance to help with ailments, be they mental, physical, or even emotional. You can use this to do something like making time to watch a particular television broadcast or doing something silly to working against mental disorder and beating addiction to cigarettes. In the hands of someone experienced, there's almost no danger...

Underground Hypnosis has developed a somewhat cloudy reputation, but as with similar conversational hypnosis programs it can genuinely help people. You should have heard already that you can efficiently speak to the unconscious mind this way, but you perhaps don’t know that you have the chance to ease issues, be they emotional, physical, or even mental. And so you see you can use it for both the hilarious stunts found on television or at frat parties and potent assistance for diverse addictions. When employed by someone who knows what they’re doing, there’s no real risk. As with the overwhelming majority of hypnotic procedures, the goal of conversational hypnosis is to place your subject into a trance state. The depth of the trance state induced is influenced by many aspects, specifically emotional status as well as hypnotist’s ability. As you first establish trance, the subject’s smaller muscles begin to slacken as a result of unconscious decision. They feel sleepy, though not exhausted. Many subjects also find it ab effort to keep their eyes open. As the hypnotist takes the subject deeper, the relaxation begins spreading to the shoulders and digits. This regularly takes mere moments.

It’s possible to lead subjects down to trances so deep that the sound heard is purely that coming from the hypnotist. Hypnotic suggestion is available from this point on. Going further you’ll find you can suppress recollection of given situations — or to prevent physical feeling.

You may carry your subject into an even more intense trance, little by little producing a level rife with hallucination before reaching a level similar to that which the mind achieves under a full anesthetic. In point of fact, subjects could be ready for various medical procedures in this state without anesthetic or painkillers.

You won’t find out ways you can bring someone to that state via Underground Hypnosis, though, naturally, that degree of depth is seldom needed. In the majority of instances, the lower levels are all you need. There are no barriers to the Underground Hypnosis teachers — you’ll be welcomed. After spending a little while studying and a few hours practicing your strategy, you’ll quickly develop into quite a skilled hypnotist. It really is as easy as that and nothing to worry about.

It's the cause of a lot of controversy although, you should know, there are many practitioners out there who regularly use black ops hypnosis. It's absolutely inappropriate to mistake hypnosis for "mind control", however, as the traditional adage about mind over matter remains true; you can easily educate the subject and assuage, perhaps even treat, emotional, mental not to mention physical problems through the unconscious mind. You can use this to do something like paying attention to a specific television episode or doing something silly to working against mental disorder and overcoming various addictions. It sounds quite scary at first, but it's a surprisingly common technique which generally creates no significant issues...

Click here and surf to this fantastic authoritative source for black ops underground hypnosis advice

It’s the cause of a great deal of controversy but, nevertheless, there are several experts out there who recognize the potential of black ops hypnosis. It’s simplistic to designate hypnotic suggestion as “mind control”for the common saying regarding “mind over matter” comes into play; you can easily inform the subject and assuage, perhaps even treat, emotional, mental not to mention physical complaints by use of the subconscious. This could be something as irrelevant as making time for a specific television broadcast or some light-hearted suggestion to working against depression and overcoming diverse addictions. We do accept that what you’ve heard could disturb you, but the experts know exactly what to do and produce almost no issues. As with the vast majority of hypnotic methods, the goal of conversational hypnosis is to place someone into trance, and Underground Hypnosis teaches you to do precisely that. How deep the subject falls into the trance state, though, is dependent upon factors including their hypnotist’s ability, personality, and emotional status. At the earliest level, the subject’s minor muscles will uncramp following an unconscious compulsion. The desire to drift off to sleep arises following this. You’ll watch hands unclench and shoulders slump as a deeper trance state spreads throughout the body at a surprising pace.

With a little more work, the individual becomes so far submerged in their trance state that their senses exclusively perceive the hypnotist. When you reach this point, the concept of hypnotic suggestion comes in, creating a pathway to the unconscious mind. Should you lead your subject further into trance state, you’ll discover a point where they can be helped to disregard pain, and discard other sensations.

You may, we should note, bring the subject into an even more intense trance, slowly producing a level rife with hallucination before reaching a level comparable to that which is achieved when undergoing a full anesthetic. In fact, individuals might undergo one of several medical procedures at this point without anesthetic or painkillers.

The Underground Hypnosis system won’t take anyone quite that far; but you won’t shouldn’t need it to. Actually, when influence is all that’s needed, you only need the less intense levels of trance. So look into the Underground Hypnosis staff — all are welcome. It only takes a day or so’s study and some practice, and in virtually no time, you’ll be persuading your subjects to follow your wishes and enhancing your communication skills. It really is as easy as that — the common conceptions are wrong.

Overseeing my monthly budget has constantly been a nightmare, juggling between frequent monthly bills and unanticipated expenses. As soon as I got my paycheck, it was already spent. I got a lot of bills every month and put them off to the last minute, then dealt with them all in a rush. This results in me taking money from the next paycheck just to make it through. The problem was not related to how much money I made, it’s that I didn’t know how to manage mybudget. In the case of any emergency, left me even further in debt.

Most of us have been in this position. We try to control our spending and be careful with our money, but long before the month is over, the money is gone. Paying bills is a juggling act that most of us don’t have the time or energy to comprehend. There’s always one bill that was left out or delayed, one more expense we weren’t organized for. With school supplies and fees for the kids, groceries, new tires for the car, and the rising cost of petrol, just making it from paycheck to paycheck is hard enough; saving money is out of the question. Meanwhile, debt is softly building up. I asked myself how I can get mybudget under control?

Fortunately for me, I discovered a service which will help me budget my money more wisely and take away the strain of paying monthly bills, letting me focus on the things that really matter to my family. No more concerning about where the money will come from; I can finally relax, knowing that my finances are in good hands.

How financial planning services work:
Usually during your first consultation, your budget specialist will go over all of your existing debts and monthly payments to come up with a program that works for you. They will set aside money for savings, emergencies, and long term investment, ensuring your family’s financial security. If you are planning a major purchase, this will be forecasted into your budget so that when you are ready to buy, the money will be there for you.

Your paychecks are usually deposited to your financial planner, and a seperate living expenses account is setup for you. Bills and repayments are diverted to your budgeting consultant for payment. There is a chance that your consultant can lower your monthly payments and reduce your outstanding debt by negotiating with creditors. A small monthly fee is assessed for all these services.

For me, the greatest monthly service mybudget specialist provides is peace of mind. I don’t have to stress about paying any bills; I know my bills will be paid on time, and that I’ll have money in reserve for life’s little emergencies. My budget is finally under control, thanks to my financial planning service.

Six critical steps to prepare for a Job Faire

Standing out at a Career Fair can make a difference in your career search. Job Fairs are starting to pick up, and Dice is running some nice ones, called Targeted Job Fairs. At a SF Bay Area Career Fair in early 2010, 10 companies as showing up, and a major job search company has 82 career faires scheduled for this year across the US.

How do you compete at a Job Faire? The rivalry can be substantial, but you can help yourself jump out from the crowd with advance planning. At AA-Careers, we have a simple step-by-step process to get ready. Plan to go? Here’s how to prepare:

First, research the companies that are going and pick your objectives. Use the internet to check out the organizations that are there before you even decide to go. Go to their websites and see if they have their jobs posted. Pick a sensible number to target, and get ready to spend an hour or more researching each one. It’s hard to do more than eight in a day, and four or five is a much more reasonable target. For each company, you want to know: key product lines, recent news, and executive names. Try to see if you know anyone at the target companies. You’ll end up with a page or two of research for each company/job.

Second, if there are job postings on the web, read them to see what the company is looking for. Create a mapping of your achievements and skills to the requirements of the job. Make the language match. If the hiring company calls customers "clients", your resume should do the same thing. The accomplishments should be written in the style of the hiring company.

Third, create a ‘short sales pitch’ for each likely organization/position combination. Write down a ninety second ‘thumbnail’ that you can repeat verbally describing why you are a special candidate for that job. You’ll use this in your resume and when you meet the team from the company at the job booth.

Fourth, modify your resume for each job type. The objective on your resume should exactly match the position you’re going after. The executive summary should be a written form of your “mini sales pitch” for the job. Then choose the achievements and skills that most clearly match the job prerequisites. Especially at a Career Fair, the purpose of your resume is a sales tool for you – to get you on-site job interviews. It should be very easy to see that you’re a match based on your resume.

Fifth, dress and prepare as if you’re doing on-site interviews. Dress nicely and be fittingly groomed. Don’t overdress (this isn’t a date!) and don’t underdress (no jeans or t-shirts, no matter how much you paid for them). Avoid strong cologne or perfume.

Finally, rehearse your ‘mini-sales-pitch’. Collect your research and the resume for each spot – bring a couple of copies for each – and put each in a distinctly labeled folder. Keep them in a lightweight briefcase or folio.

Remember to smile, and good hunting!

We don’t have control of the events outside of us. We may think we have control over them, but we really don’t. What we do have control over is the frame of reference with which I view the events of life. And as I open my frame of reference into vastness, into possibility, and into God’s love, I can begin to see God manifesting in naturein everything that’s happening, as a child, as my child playing.

We’re way out of conceptualization at this point. I mean, we’re not talking about this intellectually, because we’re not in an ivory tower. We’re in life. And we’re experiencing this happening, because we’re not bound. What makes freedom? This is a very, very important thing for us to face: What really makes freedom? It’s not lacking things; that doesn’t make you free. It’s not necessarily having things, either. What makes you free is that you are directing yourself. You’re not controlling the circumstance outside of you, you’re utilizing it. If you’re free, everything happening is a vehicle of enlightenment. So, let’s say I wake up in the middle of the night and I’m filled with anxiety. I realize that I’ve been tossing and turning, so I think, “Hmm, this is a drag. Okay, what can I do?” You know what? I can remember what helps my being to flow. I can remember the feeling of flowing in my life. I lay my head back down remembering that, and it changes the whole experience.

We talked about what happens in that situation in our last conversation. Because of my orientation, over time I end up creating eventsstringing together circumstances that actually become my reason for feeling anxiety. I’m actually a Co-Creator in my own response patterns, which are fixed, in this case, in anxiety.

Let’s say I have a super-structure of being upset, worried, afraid, and anxious. In that situation, I’m actually going to let anxiety select what I focus on over time in my life, so that I can find something to focus on and say, “That’s why I’m anxious! I knew I was anxious because of something, for some reason.”

Well, in my super-structure, there’s a relationship between that anxiety and the inimical universe. Obviously, if you live in an inimical universe, you’re going to be very anxious because it’s pretty frightful.

You’re a little boy who’s afraid. I mean, you have a frightened little boy inside of you. And you have developed, as I did, a tremendous intellect to be able to work with, to insulate, and to protect that little boy. That intellect thinks it is controlling circumstances of your life. You’re maneuvering, and you’re a very swift computer, and so you can rationalize all kinds of things. Yet, in the middle of the night, you wake up anxious.

Yogi Sean is the student of Swami Ramananda and the author of Dancing in the Fire of Transformation, The Everyday Sanyasin, and Experiments in Awareness, a workbook for yogis.

Usually, I am not so miserable, ’cause its hard to date at my age. I finally bottomed out, merely hours ago I broke my resolution and smoked two packs of cigarettes. As a coping mechanism of datelessness, duh! Yeah, I did it. Is that even legal? Honestly, it’s when I first considered joining a dating service with Great Expectations.

I already knew the solution. I’ll ease back into dating thru a matchmaking service like Great Expectations Dallas. That turned out to be my golden ticket. The reason I mention my dating woes: We were at my boy’s t-ball game near North Dallas this afternoon, Jim had to know if I have settled down with my one and only. They sure have nerve. I didn’t want to answer, but then laughed, “what’s your deal, yo?”

No surprise that “The Twerp” (my nephew, age 9) chimed in on the topic of marriage. I leveled to each of them: “Dating isn’t for me, but my romantic destiny is right over there!”

Can you believe this? Everyone looked away and giggled. Perturbed, I emailed my astrologist so I could clear my head. But I couldn’t get it out of my head! I would have learned more by asking my son. Billy, who wrote to me from Egypt, offered his opinion that I enroll in Great Expectations. I said, “You know, that’s a good idea.” What a relief. I especially enjoy Great Expectations Denver.

Early on, dating services were kinda foreign from my perspective. I’d never done anything like this before, that I spilled a glass of wine on my blazer. My faux pas could not stop the evening. The night was bursting with excitement. The gems of the occasion had to be the many enjoyable people I met, all available singles.

It’s been a pleasure to party at these splendid Great Expectations Dallas singles events and mixers, I bumped into quite a few winners that must share a parallel understanding while being in this kind of fun, sophisticated company. Can’t imagine why I used to let anyone give their two cents about being single. Amazingly enough, dating right the Great Expectations way is enjoyable and like a dream come true.

But how do you teach about helping others and show kids how to make a difference? Actually, it’s quite easy – use one or more of the following five kindness motivation tips from the E-book, 101 Ways Your School Can Change the World.

These kindness motivation tips can help instill children with a life-long commitment to treating others with kindness. Imagine their joy as they learn they have the power to make a difference in someone’s world!

1.	Develop a mentoring program of students and for students using older students as models for the younger ones.

* You can also use adults in the community to mentor students in any age group.

* This is a terrific way to make a difference by involving students and mentors in learning activities.

2.	Invite classrooms and organizations within the school to help sponsor fall and spring cleanup days for all citizens with a special emphasis on the elderly in the community. TogetherWeCanChangetheWorldDay provides a fr*ee service where you can list your project to get more volunteers or to search for projects in your area. Visit www.TogetherWeCanChangeTheWorldDay.com

3.	Invite students, parents and personnel to volunteer to help community members develop and maintain small garden plots. This idea could be expanded to help provide fresh produce for Food Pantries in your community.

4.	Encourage senior citizens, parents and grandparents to volunteer for projects and programs.

* Create a list of needs and conduct an Open House at a community Senior Citizen Center or PTA.

*	Explain how volunteers can help make a difference:

Storytelling
Listening to groups read
Reading stories
Tutoring, etc.
The list goes on and on.

5.	Use the holidays to help families, but ‘extend the giving’.

* Keep food bins in your room to collect food for 2 families.

* Once every couple of weeks, take the food to them.

* If the families are hungry at the holidays, they are going to be hungry year round.

* If each classroom or home school adopts 2 families, student’s ongoing giving can really make a difference throughout the entire community!

The best part of using these kindness motivation tips is teaching youngsters and teens the value of kindness and how each person can make a difference to others. They’ll also be changing the world at the same time. What a tremendous lesson for them to learn early!

We’ve all heard it, felt it, sensed it, experienced it and dealt with it in some way or another, it’s FEAR! You know … False Evidence Appearing Real!! The question is, how are you going to handle it now and forever?

Getting out of your comfort zone for most is challenging, to say the least. It’s been my experience that the missing element is psychological. Too many times I’ve said to myself, “I don’t know HOW to do this” and self sabotaged my brain into believing I could not do it. What I’ve come to know is this; it’s not the “how” that is so important but rather the “why” behind it! Get a big enough WHY and the HOW will follow!

It’s the old 80/20 rule … 80% is psychology and the remaining 20% is the mechanics. We all tend to get what we HAVE to have. It boils down to what YOU believe YOU MUST do and chose to not settle for anything less!! Turning your “should’s” into “must’s” and making the decision to move forward in spite of the fear.

Feel the fear and do it anyway! If you truly want to get the edge, you will need to get over your fear. Fear of failure, fear of embarrassment, fear of whatever … it’s okay to make a mistake, just make sure you learn from it and avoid the same pit falls next time around.

Choose to live life on your own terms. The quality of life is the quality of your emotions on a daily basis. Control your emotions and take control of your destiny! Consider this, it’s not how long I live but rather, how I live! It’s not about your ability; it’s about why you must succeed!!

Two things to help you control your emotions, deal with your BODY and what you FOCUS on at any given moment.

1 – Body, the psychology that we are “in” is driven by the physiology that we are “in”. Specifically, when we change our MOTION we change our EMOTION and therefore experience a change of “state”. It’s these “states” (or emotions), that will determine our action towards any given target.

2 – Focus, what you focus on and moreover, “how” you focus, plays a vital roll in your achievements (or lack thereof). We must remember, what’s wrong is always available to us but so is, what’s right! Understand that “problems” are a sign of life. Want to see someone who doesn’t have any more problems? Drop by your nearest cemetery, they’re done! No more problems … and no more life!! Direct your focus, whatever you focus on you moves you towards that object or experience. There isn’t a “try” … only do or not do!

I’ve noticed several things about myself that I can’t help but believe others must share in similar experiences or situations. The difference for me now, is how I choose to “control” or “focus” myself as situations arise. This is a broad range of things from attending a party and “experiencing” my emotions, to simply taking a shower and getting ready for the day. It’s truly how I manage my “state” during the situation that defines my experience!

To be more clear, it’s what I choose to focus on while showering or while at the party. If while showering I’m having thoughts of … oh no, it’s Monday again, I hate the first day of each workweek! I hate Monday’s!! I wish I could just stay home and sleep in. I have to fight the stinking traffic everyday. I wish I had another car, a bigger more fancy car.

On and on it goes and before you finish your morning shower … presto, you’re in a bad mood and ready to bite your partners head off! You’re having emotions of agitation and experiencing anxiety about going to work, all before you even get dressed to go.

I suggest and submit to you it all begins with your THOUGHTS. It’s these thoughts that begin to effect our emotions (or states) and once we LEARN how to control them, we then have a much more powerful position that will determine our actions.

Use MOTION to create EMOTION and control your results. Back to the shower scene … sing, shout, clap your hands, pretend the soap bottle (or bar) is your microphone, move briskly, breath deeply and think about good things. (Remember, you get to choose what you think about … it’s your personal power)! Wouldn’t you rather get dressed feeling good about the day ahead of you, as opposed to dreading the very next moment? Sure you would, and you get to pick your experience. It may take some practice or “conditioning” on your part but it will become a “habit” once you focus on training your brain and body to do so.

You can control your fear and use it as leverage to compel you towards your goals. It the courage behind the fear that builds the faith within us that makes us stronger. Esteem comes from forcing yourself to do difficult things. Therefore, causing us to broaden our comfort zones while strengthening our faith.

Can you see faith? I submit to you, we are able to see the evidence of faith. No one has ever seen the wind but it evidence is everywhere to be seen. Faith unused wanes!

I usually write two newsletters a month for my website, but recently I missed an issue. I had gone away on a “rustic retreat” weekend, and although I had intended to write it before I left, it just didn’t happen.

When I got back I felt pressured to get down to work, but felt unfocused and distracted. When I was younger I would simply force myself to do things I really didn’t feel like doing. My method for writing term papers in college was to keep a bottle of wine next to the typewriter. The wine kept the anxiety at bay so that the words could come out on paper. Well, that’s just not an option anymore!

It’s not even a question of not wanting to do the work. I CHOOSE to write my newsletter. No one says I have to, or sets a due date, but me. Some people mistakenly conclude, by the way, that because they are anxious about something, or put something off, that they aren’t good at it or aren’t meant to do it. That’s not necessarily true.

How often are you confronted with something you want to do, or need to accomplish, but find it hard to stop, focus, and sit down to actually do it? If you work for yourself, and set your own schedule, this may come up quite often. Maybe you make these excuses to yourself:

•	“I can’t create unless I have peace and quiet.” (You may live in a household where there is never peace and quiet, and so you find you never create anything.)

•	“I have to get my work space organized before I can create.” (Does anyone remember the “anal-retentive” series of skits from Saturday Night Live years ago? I can picture the “Anal-Retentive Gardener” taking so much time to prepare and get his tools ready that he was never able to get to the actual gardening demonstrations he wanted to show.)

•	“I’ll do these chores first, and then I’ll feel more like doing X.” (If you know this is your MO, you may label yourself a procrastinator which makes it even more difficult to proceed.)

We may keep ourselves in mental and physical motion because we don’t want to stop and be present with ourselves. (Those of us in recovery know how familiar it can be to “not be present.”) In my case, I could also have thoughts generated from the “inner critic” like: probably nobody wants to read my newsletter anyway. Who am I to think I have anything to say?

I’m not going to buy into that. And you don’t have to, either, for whatever you’re working on. Here’s a method, borrowed from creativity coach Eric Maisel, which will center you, clear your mind, and focus your intention, if you let it. It is a six-breath, six-thought, one-minute technique. Read these guidelines before starting:

•	First, ground yourself, with both feet planted on the floor. Once you are familiar with the instructions you can shut your eyes.

•	Take long, deep breaths. Breathe easily – not forcing – but deeply, letting your abdomen expand on the in-breath and contract on the out-breath. Try counting to five on the inhale, and five on the exhale to make sure the breath is full and unrushed.

•	If you notice that you’re rushing, or letting stray thoughts in as you do the exercise, consciously center yourself and quiet your mind.

•	The parentheses in the instructions below indicate how you will divide up each thought for the in-breath /out-breath. On the inhale think “half a thought” and on the exhale think “the second half of the thought.” For example, for the first thought in the sequence, you will breathe in for (“I am completely”) and breathe out for (“stopping”).

•	Name the work you want to accomplish the moment you finish centering. There is power in naming your intention. Ask yourself, “What would I like to designate as my work this time?” It might be a concrete work you want to tackle, or a state you want to be in. This is the phrase you will insert in the blank parentheses of #3 below. For example:

(I am writing) (my newsletter)

(I am making) (that phone call)

(I am ready) (for the conversation)

READY? HERE’S THE CENTERING SEQUENCE:

1.	(I am completely) (stopping)

2.	(I expect) (nothing)

3.	( ) ( )

4.	(I trust) (my resources)

5.	(I embrace) (this moment)

6.	(I return) (with strength)

Practice the sequence several times right now. (If you feel like putting it off, even though it will only take one minute, ask yourself why you’ve read this far but are unwilling to do the exercise.) Take your time, paying attention to the quality and length of your breaths. Notice how you feel when you’re done.

Whether you employ the Centering Sequence above, or use some other technique like mindfulness meditation or the Remembrance, the task of bringing yourself into the moment still remains.

In his book Coaching the Artist Within, Maisel reminds us that the process of creating requires a centered presence. If we are scattered, anxious, rushed, or uncentered, we squander our chance to create.

I think this applies as much to creating our full lives in recovery as it does to creating a book or a work of art, or a newsletter. Intention and being present, showing up for our lives, counts for a lot.

If you think being selfish is a bad thing, think again.
Probably like many of you, I grew up believing that if I were selfish, it meant I only cared about myself, without regards for anyone else. It meant I walked over others, to get where I needed to be. It was considered rude, to say the least. Thoughtless, even. It was not something I strove to be, but instead, something I strove not to be.
Selfless, on the other hand, was something to strive for. Caring about others unmercifully, while putting my own needs aside, would clearly identify me as an ideal citizen. Or wouldn’t it?

In the business world, it’s easy to rationalize that taking self out of the picture would produce more effective leadership. Whether managing a small or large group, it would seem that by eliminating ones own needs; the load would be lightened in general. It would make sense that if we could devote more time to other peoples’ needs, we would be more effective in general, but it often doesn’t work that way. The unfortunate truth is that you often become less efficient as a selfless person.
As a selfless person, you overlook you own needs. How can you be an effective leader if you don’t know what you need? How will you hold fast to your values and beliefs about running an organization or managing a sales staff, if you are unsure of where you stand?

In being selfish, you will be giving yourself the time you need to learn who you are and what you need. But first, you will need to redefine the way you see this word. In other words, create a fresh new look for the same old word. Let’s look at the word: alone. When you hear this word, do you picture someone sitting in a large room feeling sad and lonely? Perhaps, but what if it doesn’t mean that at all? Picture a young mother reading on the beach by herself. Imagine that it is the first hour she has had to herself all day. To her, alone isn’t lonely or sad at all, but in fact, peaceful.

We can do the same thing by looking closely at the selfish person. Let’s redefine selfish in a way that creates positive, forward movement. We could describe the selfish person as one that is self-assured, clear about their goals, conscious of self and knows what they need to do to be successful. They begin each day with a clear-cut list of what has to be done and how it could be accomplished.

The person that is self-less, also has an understanding of what they need to accomplish also, but considers how his/her team will respond and adjusts the goals accordingly. Although that may sound like a thoughtful thing to do, the focus of self gets lost in this way of being, compromising what you know has to be done.

As an effective, selfish leader, you need the ability to be an active listener, without moving away from the ultimate goal. This is especially challenging, if you are conditioned to listening as a way to establish what needs to be readjusted. It often takes you away from what you already know is so, in order to appease someone else’s concerns.
Keep in mind that peoples’ concerns mainly stem from their own fear of failing. Although their concerns may be legitimate, these are the very same fears that stop them from having the success they are hoping to achieve. Your job, as their Coach, a fearless and selfish leader, is to help them see past what stops them.

Here are some steps to consider:

1-	Listen actively, with the intent on making them feel heard.

2-	Acknowledge concerns as real, because to them, they are real.

3-	Give them a way to redefine their concerns, so their fears become the very same energy that no longer stops them, but moves them forward!

With some practice, you will see that staying focused on self not only makes you more confident as a leader, but that others will feel more confident about your ability also, as they see your strength that comes from within…not from the variables that surround your day. Soon you will see that everyone benefits from your selfish behavior!
